Healthy living/Comparison of the food for old people and modern people is/Now, we discuss what is the reason to introduce the thing and how the thing is beneficial and how is harmful.

As you know health means healthy and living means to live. Healthy living is the combination of which our life is totally dependent. If we look around us no one is spending its life according to health and healthy rules. The importance of healthy living is described from this quote “Health is Wealth”. We are nothing without health. We can not live a good life without health.If we compare the health of old people and modern people. Old people were healthy because their diet was healthy. They ate healthy food.  

Comparison of the food for  old people and modern people is: 

The old people ate natural grains, wheat, barley. His women were grinding in the mill at home. They had pure milk from their buffaloes. There was nothing fake in the food at that time. They drank normal water. They didn’t use any refrigerator. Even then the refrigerator was not introduced. The food of modern people is fake and unhealthy. The ingredients from which the food is made are artificial. They eat the wheat which is made by artificial ingredients and machinery. The milk which is provided nowadays is much unhealthy and artificial.

The old people work in the field without any air conditioner, any cold water, any transport and without any machinery. Because climate and modern science were not introduced to anything, the people were healthy. The biggest reason for the non-healthy life of people in  modern science. Science changed the lives of people totally it introduced so many new things like refrigerator, air conditioner, air cooler, bulbs, vehicles, computers, mobiles, etc.



 Now, we discuss what is the reason to introduce the thing and how the thing is beneficial and how is harmful.

First of all, we are going to discuss the most important thing about today's refrigerator. The reason to introduce the refrigerator is to take our food fresh and safe for eating. 

 The main benefit of a refrigerator is that:

It breakdown the bacteria. the cooling in the refrigerator does not modify the saturated fatty acids on the meat. harmful rays are released from the refrigerator then these rays cause the diseases

  • cancer, 
  • poisoning,
  •  and its symptoms are headache,
  •  vomiting,
  •  nausea, 
  • cough, 
  • dizziness. 

Eating too much left over food in the refrigerator can be harmful to our health



Now, we discuss air conditioners; 

Air conditioner is made to give us a cooling effect when our body is feeling warm.We have to stay beneath air conditioners then we feel relax. It must be benefited for us but which rays released from air conditioners these rays affect our body badly. Lightening the bulb is the thing that removes the difference between day and night.it makes our night bright as a day but if we stay for a long time below the bulb which is released from it affects our hairs badly after a few days hair from the affected part is removed. 

Transport is the most important thing nowadays; 

Hundred of years ago, people move from one place to another on foot, but today people use transport to move from one place to another. This thing makes us lazy. The mobile phone is necessary for kids nowadays. As it is benefited for us by it must have disadvantages. By using a mobile phone when it rings the rays are very harmful and it causes cancer that’s why doctors and scientists recommended us to keep the mobile phone away from our body at night. The rays which are released as light from a smartphone screen affect our eyesight badly. We have to keep the mobile phone screen at some distance from our eyes. 

As we know, everything about modern science has advantages and disadvantages also these things make our life easier and also make us lazy. A lazy man which can never be healthy. So, we have to make healthy food and natural food and have to go for a walk and exercise daily by this we may live a healthy life called a healthy living.
