Heatwaves affect/causes/prevention:




When the temperature is above form the 38 to 40 degree then the heat waves is produced. Heatwaves is the unusually hot temperature of the area or the country..

In some countries, the hot waves are produced in the summer season and it badly affects on the people. Heatwaves effect on our body as it may cause of dry skin, warm skin, the inability of a body to control temperature, dizziness, headache, and faintness. Heatwaves can be dangerous for our daily life may cause heat strokes, heat cramps, and even death. As well as humans increasing heat affects the animals, plants, snow and ice, and weather patterns. When the body temperature is increased then the blood taking the heat out from the body to the surface in the form of sweat then, the body cools down.

When heat is added to the object then the object gained energy and move according to its fixed position. Now we have to discuss the main cause of Heatwaves: The air is moving in the normal path when it is moving on the unusual path and face uncharacteristic temperature due to sunlight, then these waves is called heat waves. When our body reaches to the temperature of 104F or more then it is called heat strokes.

Heat strokes cause brain damage and cause death if we don’t properly treat our self. It requires immediately treatment from the doctor. Due to increasing potential conflicts, it decreases the food and weather supplies, all the things the environmental quality, population characteristics have been dependent on heatwaves.

Due to increasing temperature so many laborers lost their life in every country. As the heat waves increasing in our world there are some preventions to prevent yourself from the heatwaves is use ceiling fans and air coolers for air circulation to our body, had down, and discharge extra heat from the body. if you are working outside so, you have to take a frequent brake and drink water constantly because your body is dehydrating due to the sunshine so, you have to care for yourself to prevent yourself from heatwaves.

Due to the warm environment the sweat can be caused by our bodies at night.

Heatwaves causes/effects in different countries.



·         As we know how heat waves affect our bodies. Take another example of heatwaves effect: When the temperature is increased and the kinetic energy is increases and then particles move toward upper surface.
·         Heatwaves also affect the economy of the country, it may lose the labor because the high temperature wants more breaks for laborers and this temperature dehydrates the labor due to the illness of labors economy of the country must be decreased.
 
·         In some countries, the solar heat directly effects on the human body and these countries are extremely hot and it is too difficult to work outside and that’s why it is the reason of decreasing the economic rate in different countries.
·         The heatwaves also affect the growth rate of population in the world because due to heatwaves the human body is affected by the direct heat waves and causes various diseases and if we don’t treat properly it may causes death.
·         From 1998-2017, more than 1660000 people died due to heatwaves, more than 70000 people died in Europe, more than 13000 deaths in the US due to heatwaves. In 1954, the highest temperature recorded as 113 degrees. 1983 was the hottest summer temperature is over 38 degrees Celsius and it crosses in many different countries. It is recorded as one of the hottest summers in history.
·         The heat waves affect our whole body and body parts internally and externally such as eyes, ears, nose, body temperature, etc. Working outside it causes us fatigue, dizziness, tiredness, headache, dehydration, etc.
·         The direct sunlight affect our eyesight and our eyesight should be weak if we continue working on the sunlight and heatwaves effect our body parts.
·         The heatwaves also affect our body internally and we have to take rest in shadow after some time and doctors recommend drinking water after and every 15 mint, by this we make our deficiency of water in our body.


 To prevent yourself from various diseases you have to follow these things in our daily life:



·         take bath when you feel necessary,
·         cool your skin several times a day,
·         spend a few hours of your day in air-conditioner at home,
·         drink  water,
·         install green roofs,
·         install cool roofs,
·         plant trees around your home to increase shade around your home,
·         water appropriate clothing,
·         stay cool inside, use cold water to drink,
·         stay limited outside for work,
·         use plenty of other fluids(like orange, apple, mango juices),
·         wear light clothes in summer,
·         never leaves people or pets in a closed car,
·         Avoid alcohol,
·         eat salty food.
Here we discussed the symptoms of heat exhaustion:

·         Having sweating,
·         pale skin,
·         clammy skin,
·         fast and weak pulse,
·         muscle cramps,
·         vomiting,
·         nausea,
·         Weakness.

Heatstroke is the most dangerous when the body stops sweating and rid itself to its core temperature its signs is to lose consciousness and confusion. After heat strokes and heat exhaustion, doctors recommend to the patient to take rest for 24 to 48 hours, to take liquids, to stay in a cool place. The pure bananas are taken to this patient without sugar because pure banana is 100 percent potassium and these minerals important for muscles. After the heat exhausting the one glass of chocolate milk will refuel our minerals in the body. It gives us protein and carbohydrates. People may feel hot without the fever due to many reasons from this the hot exhaustion and heat strokes is the reason to make hot our body. Due to the overacting the thyroid gland, our body feels the heat all the time, in this case, we have to discuss it with our doctor for treatment. By drinking water and take care of other things we may treat ourselves at home.
